Winged Blob

Durapito soumou
Similar features to Common Blob and Water Blob, 25-35lb. Winged blobs can fly very well. There are various wing types. Wings glow at night and can show various patterns, one for the breeding season and another for the non-breeding season. These wings are flexible, but turn stiff when a Winged Blob is ready to take flight. The wings change their pattern similarly to an e-ink display, when the Winged Blob wants to change the pattern. Some Winged Blobs keep their preferred pattern no matter the season (see: Zetto who once kept the breeding season's wing pattern year-round). Wings can also change from opaque to transparent.
A Winged Blob has two common patterns depending on the season.
The breeding pattern, shown in the example image above, is a pattern where the center of the wing is a darker color. This pattern was designed to attract a mate.
The non-breeding pattern is characterized by two dark slightly curvy lines per wing.
If a wing is broken (heavily chipped or any sort of crack in the wing), it displays the darker color until it heals.
Winged Blobs have a variety of wing shapes and colors. The most common colors are usually blue+sky blue, white+grey, and red+black. Although other colors exist, they are uncommon.
