Terms of Service

Now that you've read the welcome guide, here are important things to abide by:

• If you are reposting/reprinting ZipZap content without permission, expect a takedown request. This includes the Emblem/favicon (see also: How to use the ZipZap Emblem), all of the ZipZap music available on Bandcamp, official art (not counting art in VocaDB entries), the permanently discontinued VBs, and all of the shows. Always contact ZipZap as a heads-up and wait for confirmation.

• Be kind, and do not harass Staff, including but not limited to: any/all harassment (in-person or online), impersonation, stalking, doxxing, false allegations, or leaking photos of Staff members' faces, especially with making throw-away alt accounts to do your negative behaviors with.
  If you suspect that someone you know is planning on or currently harassing a Staff member, please contact Veery, and he'll get RIGHT to work. Treating Veery from Staff negatively multiple times will result in the evidence being saved into a document. Depending on the severity of the harassment, you will be reported to the correct authorities if it is full on harassment. We're against cancel culture. Draw the line by harassing Staff, and expect consequences depending on the severity of your actions. We will report to the authorities and try our best to stop YOUR negativity.

• If you break zipzapUTAU's terms of use more than once, you'll be added to the banned users list. This is the same with ZipZap in general. If you are genuinely sorry, and would like to be removed from the list, you must publicly say that you are sorry and won't do it again, on any of the platforms that we're on.
  There are exceptions, like people who harassed Staff members that now have mental health issues from the harassment they have endured from previous abusers. Sunny's been traumatized the most. Berry? Not so much, thankfully.

• The REALLY important one: Don't mess with ZipZap. You'll have a terrible time.
  Veery-P will get to work silencing any false allegations once he's aware, because YES, they simply aren't true. And to make matters worse, Veery-P has been cyberbullied a LOT... just for existing. And, if false allegations pop up, this can ruin the reputation of both ZipZap and Veery-P. Again, Veery's going to be using their experience from the ZipZap years (which is quite a lot) in more professional fields. In short, there are consequences (see above). Let Veery-P find work. Let them have a good life and salary instead of being depressed and hopeless. 

• Do not parody ZipZap negatively. It's happened. Expect a takedown. Seriously, expect one. Fair use is allowed, but if it's used to mock, harass, and/or trigger Staff members, it will likely be taken down as soon as we're aware.

• This one's for the SiivaGunner team: Do NOT make any rips of our work (including anything from the companion website PureiWeb) or use our songs as in-rip jokes. Yadda yadda fair use, I don't care. I'm scared that y'alls are going to take Uncomfy2 (made by SB from Staff) and replace the melodies in the game's soundtrack with one of mine or his triggers. If you're seeing this, please blacklist all my work.
