Zetto
The mayor of Chikakimu, mainland portion only. He is currently married to Niya (who is the City area mayor), and has various occupations outside of being a mayor. Zetto is also a singer, a lawyer, a detective, and he is even able to do law enforcement just to keep Chikakimu safe from harm. Besides that, he's always busy no matter the occupation. Zetto has barely any free time.

Zetto has telekinesis, but it is very clumsy compared to holding things in his mouth. He gets unusually jealous of other blobs playing the Rhythm Heaven games, especially his married husband Niya. Because of this, Beso has made several dance mats, compatible across two of the games, that let Zetto play the game. He still cannot play DS or Megamix, as they usually require touch input (save for Megamix's button inputs)
He's not very vocal, and when people hear him sing, it's usually considered a "treat"... unless you are Niya.
Relationships
Marula
Neutral AT BEST, usually seen alongside Phoebe. He finds Marula obnoxious.
Topaz
Does visit his arcade, although Topaz used to prank Zetto (and Niya to an extent) by blaring a certain meme when he walks in. Topaz's RWI team has essentially replaced Zetto's long binge sessions with papers detailing the premise of any given show in a large print font.
Phoebe
Bonds well with Phoebe and gives her wisdom/advice.
Passo
Usually sees her in a relationship with his husband Niya and gets jealous for a second until realizing that Niya is polyamorous.
Suno
His only interaction with Suno was approving exactly one RWI.
