Microsoft Talk It (Piru voice origin, was changed to Kit from DecTalk since DecTalk has WAV export... well, for the version we have)
Uberduck (dead, rip.....) (Imagine giving homestar's voice to the default cat model in 3dmm!)

Online Sequencer (this is a website, and it makes quieter files. We do not use this, but it'd be good to recommend to people who prefer something web-based)
