Here at ZipZap, we know that there's a fan who REALLY wants to make content for us. Here's a changing list of things we use. If you need a little help, talk to our lead animator.
These are the programs and websites we use to make our content:

Animation

Microsoft 3D Movie Maker
or MikuMikuDance
(Maybe blender, but Sunny does not wanna fry his computer)

Video Editing

Windows Movie Maker
CapCut (mobile editor)
VideoPad (available on Windows app store)

Voice Acting:

UTAU (with our world-famous Talking Pals™ and other great voicebanks like Teto, Bebo's arch nemesis)
Synthesizer V Studio Basic (Has a funny British lady and, like, five other characters- WAIT THEY PUT BEBO'S ARCH NEMESIS IN THIS?????????)
Microsoft Talk It (Piru voice origin, was changed to Kit from DecTalk since DecTalk has WAV export... well, for the version we have)
Uberduck (dead, rip.....) (Imagine giving homestar's voice to the default cat model in 3dmm, while stealing Homestar's voice in the process!)

To make MIDI files, we recommend:

Anvil Studio (no pitchbend features, but we can do that in UTAU...)
Online Sequencer (this is a website, and it makes quieter files. We do not use this, but it'd be good to recommend to people who prefer something web-based)

Some of these programs are Windows-only, so if you use Mac or any other OS, try using a Windows VM or something like WINE.
