Now, all you need is UTAU or OpenUtau to make these fellas come to life. If you don't, they'll just be lifeless zipped folders of WAV files.
Some might sound familiar. Ever heard of the YANLOID voicebanks? They originated from PureiWeb and moved over to here. All of our voicebanks (except Zetto™, Passo™, Nebula™, Pam™, Marula™, and Makku Kihei) include a SetParam OTO and a money-back guarantee*. If you don't like it, delete the oto.ini file and OTO it from scratch. We'll cherish your OTO if you send it!
(They're mostly voiced by C3S6. Except Marula™, Stan™, Stella™, and Tara™.)
*there is no money-back guarantee because the voicebanks are freeMost of the zipzapUTAUs can speak two-to-three** languages fluently* - Each voicebank's individual supported languages are indicated below, after their name:
KUZ - Kuzuri (Colli) constructed language, spoken in Chikakimu
EN - English
JA - Japanese
The voicebanks are labelled in three categories:
Tiny (32 samples that get stringed together to make words in English, Japanese, and Colli - sounds passable and is good for those with limited storage space and/or new to recording UTAUs. Not sure what this voicebank type is called officially. It's definitely not CV....)
Mini (CV - Japanese and Colli support only but can be used with OU's EN to JA feature if the voicebank has Hiragana support)
Full (CV - Japanese, Colli, and English).
These voicebanks are of varying quality. Below the art and voice credits, you'll see if an UTAUloid we sell needs fixing, if it's passable, or if they are top notch. They are mostly passable.
*Some people have gotten our voicebanks to sing in several unsupported languages. Your mileage may vary, depending on what language you're making them sing/speak in.To understand everything in the short descriptions, official character accounts, and wherever the zipzapUTAUs post on the real-world web, take a look at May Need Explaining, a piece of the site that describes almost every bit of blob culture (and gets updated once in a while). Lore written in the point of view of some of the voicebanks can be accessed here.
And the most important rule: if Veery sees, it's canon. Except for things that break TOS.
Do not use the art without permission. Thank you.
More will be added, so check once in a while for a new release!
Italic font indicates that the voicebank was a former YANLOID member.
This is Nebula™, a PureiWeb* classic with a story to tell. A perfect mid-range voice.
Her voice is very sweet and calm - was recorded in a different voice (as heard in the samples, but the UTAU software decided on making it sound feminine.)
Also try her scream1 sample with 200% modulation at G#4. It's hilarious. (only works in the original UTAU for windows)
(She does not work correctly and will crash OpenUtau. Use MacRes if you really wanna use this broken-in-OpenUtau bank in OU.)
*PureiWeb is where Nebula™, Haiko™, Bebo™, and Niya™ originated, alongside the side character Beso™ who currently only has a vowel only VB)

This voicebank Needs Fixing (partial, OpenUtau only). She cannot say the "s" in su, and some of the samples are pronounced differently. Keep in mind this was the first voicebank Sunny has ever recorded.
What does Nebula™ sound like?
Meet Haiko Akapane™, the high-range singer who sounds terrible below C5.
She loves Nebula™ soooo very much.
(some people even have crushes on her!)*She can speak English if you try hard enough - she has extra samples but she isn't as fluent as our Full voicebanks, which have the necessary "-ih", "-ah", and "-uh" samples.

This voicebank is Passable. The "ru" sample kind of has a glitchy quality to it. She has a SetParam OTO and needs fixing. She does not have proper Hiragana support outside of the vowels.
What does Haiko™ sound like?
Say hi to Niya™. He represents PureiWeb.com - he's also in a relationship with Zetto. Niya™ has a voice similar to Bebo™ Akapane™'s - without the robotic-ness. Well, as long as you add the B35g+15 (or g+20), he'll sound awfully similar. Try not to do that.
Also, Niya™ shows up as YANLOID2™ when you install him.
Birthday: 8/12/2001

This voicebank is Top Notch. Feel free to make him a better OTO if you'd like. It sounds good for a SetParam OTO...
What does Niya™ sound like?
Hey all! We present to you, a mom you can do!
...not!Tara™ is the mother of Haiko™, Bebo™, Stan™, Tuki™, and Oli™/Momo™. (Marula™ is a cousin in the Akapane™ family and has a different mother. See: Nera Akapane™ in Blob Side Characters)
Birthday: 10/15/1982
Art by Luke, voice by Nina.
This voicebank needs fixing. She does work, but may need an OTO to work her best. And for some reason, HOW did they make her sing Fukkireta well when in reality, she's unusable?
She talks, he sings, and they'll even fall in love with your stereo system*! Plus, they aren't an Akapane anymore! (*Romantic, by the way... it USED to be, uhhhh, unsafe for work.... she was manipulated into being that way at 19 before snapping out of it with help from a therapist... the therapist is Marula who has a therapy license.)
Passo™ mainly appears anywhere that needs a blob. But I don't think that's the case. Someone made them sing a song from the Fixies. (Go watch it, I beg you. It's peak animation.)
Their name originated from here. (timestamped!)
She dates Nebula and Niya from time to time, plus they're also objectum! (For those who are curious, he loves audio equipment, bass instruments, and the very concept of bass itself...)
Art and voice by Veery-P. OTO by FrancisDrake6009.
This voicebank is Top Notch. A user of Passo™ really was impressed with how he sounded despite (formerly) having a SetParam OTO.
Birthday: 3/19/2003
What does Passo™ sound like?
She also has English support!
He's hip, he's old. And his name is Zetto™ - he runs the show! Or should I say.... representing a website?
Confused about the text below the art? Read the All About Blobs entry for the Winged Blob.
Zetto™ is the mayor of Chikakimu. He rarely talks, but has a similar role like Niya™ - representing a website. This time, it's the one you're looking at right now. He is madly in love with many variations of the song "Agadou". And Niya™, too!
His singing isn't that great, considering he's a 100+ year old blob with a somewhat cute, breathy voice.
Art and voice by Veery-P. OTO by FrancisDrake6009.
This voicebank is Top Notch. This is THE flagship zipzapUTAU bank. Originally it was the late Bebo Akapane who had this role... everyone knew him, but now it's Zetto's time to shine.
Birthday: 10/18/1921
Bebo is a loser that nobody likes. He's a ghost, he sounds like a clanker, and he's been through hell for 6 years when he was a blob. He used to have a Twitter account and he'd post about eating keys on it. Old artwork shown. He doesn't look like this anymore.
Birthday: 10/29/2005

This voicebank sucks. We warned you.
Say hi to Pam™. Like the other LMI we sell, Makku, she's part of a network of sentient computers known as LMI. Also, her voicebank is pretty much a Mapel TTS (For context, Mapel is a fictional computer brand. We're pointing this out before you all say "Did you TAKE this from a real TTS?"). Before that, Pam™ would communicate through beeps, either Morse code or through song. All in beautiful sine wave glory.
Pam™ works at Ralph's Diner and Grill. She used to be a performer in their venue. Nowadays, she serves Crazies (caffeinated soda) to people. Their job is high-paying. (Also, she's really really interested in gameboy handhelds!)
She runs a service where people pay her to go to peoples' places and hang out. Bebo™ is the only blob who pays for the service.
She sounds best with higher notes (G4 to E6), but you can use her in any range you want.
Get the older, more useful vxp model here.
Birthday: 3/31/2007
Voiced by Veery-P, with some use of KeroVee to add in the computery sound. Art done by the same person.
This voicebank is Passable. She is missing some samples and has useless extra samples (byih, byuh, etc). This is what happens if you let Sunny write a really bad reclist. Works fine as is if you're letting her sing in Japanese or Colli. Or, using the EN to JA feature in OpenUtau. OTO is of decent quality.
What does Pam™ sound like? (when she sings in Kuzuri, that is.)
What does Pam™ sound like? (when she sings the SAME song, but now in English)
Yeah! I'm here! To tell you a story!!!
This gorgeous computer is part of a network of sentient computers called LMIs. Makku is also genderfluid!
His voice is very deep and sultry if used correctly. Sometimes, she uses Pam™'s voice, as ne also has that speech synthesizer installed.
We cannot put a ™ next to this guy's name since their first name is VERY VERY SIMILAR in pronunciation to the name of a really expensive computer the site owner has, but pronounced in Japanese. We could use her stage name Komppi™ (like what their files say), but everyone calls nem Makku. So nope.
Birthday: 10/28/2005
Voiced by Veery-P, with some use of KeroVee to add in the computery sound. A photo of the real-life Makku is now shown! VXP is still his G4 self....
This voicebank is Passable. She is missing the "thai" sample (see: this reclist), and only has Romaji support. She is usable as-is, if you are okay with using a Romaji-only voicebank. OTO is decent quality.
G+15 is recommended alongside using him in lower ranges. (on OpenUtau: type in the number 15 in the Gender box in the Expressions section)
What does Komppi™ AKA Makku Kihei sound like?
Also he can speak some form of Kuzuri.
