Pre-Section: What is Chikakimu?

It's a digital void located deep in cyberspace. The citizens, if they have a voicebank, can travel very quickly to computers they're installed to and sing to the user. And dig through your files. Bebo™ does this all the time. You can't stop Bebo™. Or any of the Akapanes™. The Akapanes™ are unstoppable pieces of malware. Even Stella™. We help these citizens find homes in people's computers so they have a place to live if the entire internet ever goes down - even better if people let 'em sing.

Chikakimu is an anti-celebrity society - most of the television programs involve hating on real-world and banned celebs that have very problematic sides, including but not limited to bigotry, misleading names (sometimes), and bad morals. On the other side, everybody is treated the same. Bebo™, for example, is famous as part of the YANLOID pop group - but he's treated as everybody's neighbor instead of a celebrity.
